He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis S. Sullivan and Elaine Sullivan (Passe); his brother Vincent J. Sullivan; and his wife Janice Sullivan. He is survived by: his son David Sullivan; his sister Eileen Roebke (Jim); and his pets, Fluffy, Dynamo and Jet.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abbott Funeral Home (236 2nd St W, Wabasha, MN 55981). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
