He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Linton and Perline Linton; and his siblings, Verne, Gene and Phyllis.

He is survived by : his wife Vicky Jaskierski; and his brother Sherwin Linton (Pam).

“Kelly and I were friends through junior high and high school. He was a talented honky tonk piano player although I only saw him play once (on the stage in study hall in the old high school). He played drums in the high school orchestra. We played ping pong his basement & I don't think I ever beat him, although I'm sure it was because he had home field advantage. We went to see his brother Sherwin, a local country music celebrity, play White Lightnin' at a local concert. He'll be missed.”
