He is survived by: his children, Richard Petersen Jr., Rosanne Petersen, Jodell Ehlenz, Jamie McDonald (Patrick), Mary Sue Glomski (Mike), Thomas Petersen and Traci Holtorf (Todd); his stepchildren, Lisa Moyer (John), Brian Boland and Shannon Kempe (Michael); his grandchildren, Jerry, Jesse, Richard, Merissa, Sheala, Makella, Luther, Logan, Levi, Ryan, Owen, Alex, Aquila, Felisha, Molly, Matthew, Mitchel, Maxwell, Cooper and Chase; his stepgrandchildren, Josh of Riley, A. J., Mason, Mitchell, Ripley, Trina, Gavin, Peyton and Emma; and his brother Wayne Petersen. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren.
