She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cartner and Frances Cartner (Greenfield); and her brother David Cartner. She is survived by: her husband Peter Sandford; her daughters, Elizabeth Schenkel (William) of Victoria and Amanda Thorson (Dan) of Crystal; her grandchildren, Anika Schenkel (Joshua Tyndale) and Peter Schenkel (Emily); and her siblings-in-law, Helen Sandford, Carol Sisco (Nick) and Dennis Sandford (JoAnn). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
