He was predeceased by: his mother Marlaine Panning; his brother Kevin Panning; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Panning; and his granddaughter Grace Panning. He is survived by: his son Nathan Panning (Julie); his grandchildren, Maria, Susanna, Nathan Jr., Lucille, Elizabeth, Thomas and Anna of Woodbury; his father Melroy Panning; and his siblings, Rick Panning of Shoreview, Christi Panning of Plymouth, Judy Feltmann (Terry) of Waconia and Carol Dvorak (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (141 E 1st St, Waconia, MN 55387). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
