He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dohrer and Malinda Dohrer (Ohm); his brother John; his sister-in-law Stella Dohrer; his sister Lois; his siblings-in-law, James Pearson, Marlo Lean, Frederick Marso and Jeanne Dohrer; and his parents-in-law, Ernest Olson and Pearl Olson.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Dohrer of Waconia; his daughters, Stefani Braun (Chuck Notermann) of Waconia and Kirstin Dohrer of Champaign, Illinois; his granddaughter Katherine Mika (James); his great grandchildren, Alexander, Henry and Arthur Mika; and his siblings, Carol Lean, Anita Marso and Duane Dohrer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
