He was predeceased by: his mother Leona Kettner (Mirkes); his wife Gertrude Kettner (Anderson); his father Henry "Hank" Kettner (Hank); his parents-in-law, Sam and Mary Anderson (Kureski); his son-in-law Ray Mahnke; his grandson Joseph Mahnke; and his siblings-in-law, Samuel Anderson (Pat), Gloria Tardiff (Howard), Verlyn Anderson, Elaine Staedtle (Carl), Bernice Bonitz (George) and Betty Fondow (Jerry).
He is survived by: his children, Judi Mahnke of Chaska and Jim Kettner (Monica) of Kearney, NE; his grandchildren, Ian Mahnke (Michelle) of St. Cloud, Cory Mahnke (Lisa), Eric Mahnke (Susan) of Chaska and Erin Hammer (Jeff) of Waconia; his great grandchildren, Jayden Mahnke, Emma Mahnke, Matthew Mahnke, Parker Mahnke, Isla Ray Hammer, McHale Hammer, Milo Hammer and Leland Moravitz; his brother-in-law Myron Anderson (Rose) of Medford, WI; Madison Bosard (Hunter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
