He is survived by: his daughter LuAnn Welk (Jim) of Mayer; his grandchildren, Jared Welk (Steffanie), Laura Thom (Matt), Joseph Welk (Tabitha), Patrick Mott and Kris Mott; his great grandchildren, Lucas and Conrad; his siblings, Glenda Kolby, Glenda Colby, Renita Erb (Arvid) and Dennis Mott; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Sukup (Dan), Lucy Ashby, Sandi Preuss (Tim) and Randy Johnson (Lynne). He is also survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and friends.
