He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Schenkel (William) of Victoria and Amanda Thorson (Dan) of Crystal; his grandchildren, Anika Schenkel, Joshua Tyndale and Peter Schenkel (Emily); and his siblings, Helen Sandford, Carol Sisco (Nick) and Dennis Sandford (JoAnn). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
