He was predeceased by: his father Wade Kenneth Halvorson Jr.; his wife Julie Anne Halvorson; and his uncle John Halvorson. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Huffman Halvorson; his children, Cara Halvorson, Reid Halvorson (Laura), Benjamin Halvorson, Gabriel Halvorson and Wade Kenneth Halvorson IV; his granddaughter Emilia Halvorson; his sister Kathleen Deis (Dan); his nieces and nephews, Emily Fleig (Ryan), Allie Pavlak (Jake), Mayme Deis and Daniel Deis; his aunt Pat Halvorson; and his former wife Barb McGowen.
