Wayne leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Wayne’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Wayne will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Wachholz and Gloria Wachholz (Bahr). He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Adams (Charlie) of Philadelphia, PA, Jill Wachholz of Minneapolis, MN and Katherine Wachholz (Ashley Sarchia) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Chester, Eugenie and Birdie Adams; and his brothers, John Wachholz and Dean Wachholz of Waconia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (601 E 2nd St, Waconia, MN 55387).
