He is survived by: his wife Roxanne (Messer); his children, Troy (Amy), Mitch Johnson of Minneapolis, MN, Debra Weiland (Kurt) of Lakeville, MN and Sara Johnson of Wadena, MN; his grandchildren, Chloe, Maisy, Henry Johnson, Ava and Lucy Weiland; and his siblings, Neil (Sheila), Lois Ann (Charlie) and Kennedy of Savage, MN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be given in honor of Frank to the H-545 Foundation (scholarships for post secondary education).
