He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Veronen and Arlene Veronen (Mack); and his siblings, Mary (Douglas) and Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Mavis Freitag; his sons, Kevin Veronen (Elizabeth) of Huntersville, Scott Veronen (Jennifer) of Verndale, Jeff Veronen (April) of Verndale and Paul Veronen; his pet Garfield; his grandchildren, Autumn Junes (Brady), Mysti Kindenhart (Ryual), Jacky Meyer (Phil), Emily Ismil (Robert), Brianna Whitaker (Stephon), Krysta Kopp, Kaitlyn Hamer, David Veronen and Walter Veronen; and his sister-in-law Barbara. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
