She was predeceased by : her parents, John Sande and Abbie Sande (Nellermoe); her brothers, John "Jack" Sande and Wallace Dean Sande; and her son-in-law Gary Keep.

She is survived by : her husband Loren A. Buchholz of Wadena; her children, Lori Keep of Wadena, Lari Wilkes (Tom) of Wadena and Loren Buchholz (Kathy) of Deer Creek; her grandchildren, Jennifer Keep (Matt), Jeron Buchholz (Jamie), Jackie Siler (Aaron) and Jocelyn Iwen (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Katrina Buchholz, Jordan Buchholz, Parker Buchholz, Cheyenne Iwen, Jeron Tyler Buchholz, Ava Siler and Amy Siler. She is also survived by her family and friends.

“Bunk and family, we are so sorry to hear of Mary's passing. Unfortunately we returned to Yuma and will not be there for the family gathering. We feel certain she is in a better place where she no longer has to suffer. We also feel so sad we were not able to get to Wadena before we left Minnesota.
