He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Kluenenberg and MaryAnn Kluenenberg (Schmitz); his brother Larry Tuorila; and his in-laws, Harold and Maybelle Dinsmore.

He is survived by : his wife Gail; his daughters, Susan (Kellie Carr) of Syracuse, NY and Christine Krell (Dennis) of Sebeka; his grandchildren, Aden, Logan and Ryanne Krell; his siblings, RoseAnn Murray (Richard), Ivy Pearson (Mike), Karl Kluenenberg and Janine Corbin (Darrell); and his brother-in-law Scott Dinsmore (Twyla).

Memorials in Steven's name may be directed to the American Cancer Society, Immanuel Lutheran Church or Communication Center State Services for the Blind.
