Edward A. Bauer Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward A. Bauer of Waite Park, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 26, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Bauer (Lardy) and Mike Bauer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bauer; his children, Steve Bauer (Ellen Linman) of Minneapolis, Gwen Cater (Jaymie) of Hastings and John Bauer of St. Paul; his grandchildren, Rachel Oxborough (Josh), Sean Bauer, Violet Bauer, Sydney Cater, Peyton Cater and Jack Bauer; his great grandchildren, Delilah, Asa and Freja Oxborough; and his sister Lee Steiner. He is also survived by family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:20 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (106 7th Ave N, Waite Park, MN 56387).
