We bid farewell to LaWanna Lou Johnson (Walker, Minnesota), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 9, 2025 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Headley (Johnson) and Fay Headley; her brother Duane Headley; and her husband Gary Lee Johnson, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Gayleen Eckholm (Rich) of Walker, MN, Lori Zubke (Brad) of Laporte, MN, Tami Hoiseth (Craig) of Crookston, MN and Gary Johnson (Denise) of Bemidji, MN; her brother Darrel Headley of Hemet, CA; and her grandchildren, Jaimi (Brock), Ryan, Krista, Brandon (Holly), Troy, Chad (Gina), Preston (Karen), Todd, Rachel (Jed), Daniel and Matthew. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (305 10th St S, Walker, MN 56484). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 1:00 PM at the same location.
