It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Paul Kelley of Walker, Minnesota, born in Reading, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Genevieve Kelley (Karpen) and Arthur Kelley; his stepfather Edward Slebiska; his wife Patricia Kelley; and his brother A. W. Kelley.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Kelley (Dawn) of St. Michael, MN, Jim Kelley of Walker, MN, Tim Kelley of Spring Park, MN, Don Kelley of Savage, MN and Pete Kelley (Jeanne) of Walker, MN; and his grandchildren, Payton, Nathan, Lauren, Kristina and Bryan.
