Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (210 Division St, Walker, MN 56484). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (753 Front Ave, St Paul, MN 55103).

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Sam's memory may make a donation to the Cass Lake-Bena Middle School.
