He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fredrickson and Selma Fredrickson (Grothe); his wife Colleen; and his children, Cindy and Fred.
He is survived by: his children, Julie, Rhonda (Dave) of Rochester, Dale of Wanamingo, Jill (Randy) of Hillsboro, OR and Kay (Eddie) of Ridge Manor, FL. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorials to go to the family who will choose a charity in Joyce's honor.
