He was predeceased by: his parents, Valerius and Mary (Pollack); and his sons, Doug and Perry. He is survived by: his granddaughter Kaycee; his wife Barb Maertens; his daughters, Pamela Warnke (Tom), Dana Haas (Scott) and Dawn Buboltz (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Tammy Altermatt; his grandchildren, Miranda Loose (Jereme), Kate Erickson (Ross), Scott Buboltz (Kayla), Anna Buboltz and Zachary Haas; and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Charlotte, Evelyn, Lorelei Pfarr, Jackson, Maggie Loose and John Erickson.
Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society and St. Jude Children's Hospital.*.
