As we bid adieu to Charles' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Charles has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Charles Steffan and Marcella Grace Steffan (Rutten). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lillestol; his children, Cheryl Garcia of Kent, Washington, Cindy Deschamps (Steve) of Scottsdale, Joe Steffan of Mexico City and Connie Narlock (Jerry) of Eagan, MN.; and his sister Pam Odegaard (Wayne) of Rugby, ND. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
