She was predeceased by: her father George Costin; her former husband Charles W. Homstad; her father Louis Costin Gravgaard (Glidden); her stepfather Nels Gravgaard; her husband Chuck; her siblings, Kenneth Costin, Calvin Costin, Barb Swenson and Margaret Aasleson; and her siblings-in-law, Leroy Swenson, Kenneth Homstad, Russel Homstad, Arnold Homstad, Lawrence Homstad, Lowell Homstad, Ruth Costin, Eleanor Abney and Alice Homstad.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Haakenson (Mark) of Oslo, MN and Bruce Homstad (Carrie) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, John Haakenson (Natasha Alden) of Longview, WA and Abby Bauska (Jack) of Castle Rock, WA; her great grandchildren, Quincy, Franklin Bauska and Ethan Haakenson; her sister Marilyn Gravgaard (Greg Toutges); and her siblings-in-law, Annamarie Costin, Shirley Homstad, Bruce Aasleson and Don Johnson.
