It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Lue Brewster of Warroad, Minnesota, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harbe Halvorson (Herb) and Ida Halvorson (Larson); her brothers, Ebb and Dean; her granddaughter Emily; and her sisters, Helmer Halvorson, Josephine Halvorson, Carolyn Braun and Harriet Halvorson.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Brewster (Earl Vlcek) of Warroad, Judi Barrington (Paul) of Dallas, Robert Brewster (Julie) of Colorado Springs, Sue Brewster of Warroad and Janet Brewster; her grandchildren, Andrea, John, Katie, Anthony, Erik, Ethan and Morgan; and her great grandchildren, Caden, Chance, Owen, Elijah, Devin, Layla, Mason, Abel and Thor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
