She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Krause and Florence Krause (Wetzstein); her husband Kenneth B. Foels; her siblings, Shirley, Fern Watland (Elwyn) and Robert Krause (Darlene); and her son-in-law Paul Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Miller, Sandra Prechel (Glen) and Jane Rice (Tom). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
