She is survived by: her father Paul Melendrez, Sr.; her husband Dustin Culbertson of Waseca; her daughter Brittany Melendrez (Eric Duenes) of Waseca; her grandchildren, Rhyan Burrous and Emery Chance; her sister Elaine Dworak (Weston) of La Crosse, WI; and her brother-in-law Russ Rinehart of Waseca. She is also survived by many nieces; nephews.
