He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bartelt and Florence Bartelt (Krause); his children, Jodi and Timothy; his siblings, Hollie Bartelt (Margaret) and Bonnie Roemhildt; his sister-in-law Julie Ziemke; and his parents-in-law, Evie and Warren Wetzel.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Broughton of Waseca; his children, Patty Albers (Greg) of Mankato and Matthew Bartelt (April) of Waseca; his grandchildren, Emily Albers, Hannah Williams (Evan), Landan Madsen, Jaxon Bartelt and Willow Bartelt; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Roemhildt of St. Peter, Dennis Broughton of Wisconsin and Terry Ziemke of Waseca. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
