He was predeceased by: his parents, Zella Peterson and Irving Peterson; his sister Alisa Nase; his grandparents, Godwin, Mabel Peterson, Fred and Iwylla Vivant; his aunt Vivian Jelle; his uncles, Gordon Peterson, Lloyd Vivant and Ron Weiss; and his cousins, Jelle, Elizabeth Weiss and Andrew Weiss.
He is survived by: his sisters, Andrea Toll (Troy) of Comfrey, Jana Anderson (Jared) of Willmar and Megan Hirsch (Gabe) of Comfrey; his brother-in-law Matt Nase of Lake Crystal; his siblings' children, Lexi, Jordan, Ashton, Elliana Toll, Olivia, Nolan, Evan Nase, Eli, Miles and Collin Hirsch; and his aunts and uncles, Muriel Klenz (Darrel) of Fairmont, Alice Peterson of Evans, GA, Frances Vivant of McGrath, Julie Weiss of Hampton, Gene Vivant (Roberta), Ronald Vivant (Linda) of Hampton and Fred Vivant (Colleen) of Northfield. He is also survived by 27 cousins.
