He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Olaf Paulson and Ruth Eleanor Paulson (Hagen); his nephews, Lee Paulson and David Elwood; his sister-in-law Debra Paulson; his great-nephew Zachary Paulson; and his great-niece Alicia Paulson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Elwood (Robert) of Cresco, IA, Dale Paulson (Connie) of Elysian, Gary Paulson (Barbara) of Waseca and Pamela Frohn of Waseca; and his caregiver Sarah Marzinske of Alma City.
