He was predeceased by : his parents, Aloysius Denn and Esther Denn (Koch); his wife Mary Lou Goettl; his brother Albert Denn of Waseca; and his in-laws, Lowell, Helen Denn, Edna Mae, Don Kalbow, Lorraine Kalbow, Marilyn, Dwain Nelson, Vernice Denn, Julian, Mary Goettl, Bernie, Delores Goettl, Clete Goettl, Jerry Frederick, Willie, LaVonne Goettl, Adeline, Curt Sieberg, Roger, Sandra Goettl, Elaine, Ike Sweiger and Phyllis Goettl.
He is survived by : his children, Marlys Froehle (Curt) of Waseca, Michelle Kelly (Patrick) of Hudson, WI, Mary Jo DeLaitsch (Steve) of Waseca, Michel Denn (Angie Storvick) of Minneapolis, Mark Denn (Nancy) of Waseca and Monty Denn (Hilary) of New Prague; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Goettl, Louis Goettl (Donna) and Richard Goettl. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
