We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 73, Martha Alene Torres of Waseca, Minnesota, born in Mason City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Erwin Siewertsen and Cornellia Siewertsen (Lang); her son Cimiron; and her sisters, Dvona Joan, Rosa Beth, Venita and Idona Sue.

She is survived by : her children, Rusttee Torres (Rachel), Shane Torres and Serfin "Taco" Torres (Michelle); and her siblings, Olene Schoeder (Alan) of Greene and Maynard Siewertsen (Debra) of Fredericksburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six step grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Dennis Steffel Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service (109 3rd St NE, Waseca, MN 56093). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at the Saint Casimer Cemetery (100 Half Moon Rd, Wells, MN 56097).
