He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerome Moen and Patricia Moen (Young); and his grandparents, Andrew, Dorothy Moen, LuVern and Florence Young.
He is survived by : his wife Debbie; his children, Neiley Warnke (Chris) and Rob Moen (Sarah Wahlstrom); his grandchildren, Logan Moen, Andrew Warnke (Gabrielle), Christoper Moen and Barbara Ayers; his mother-in-law Marlys Szabla; his brothers-in-law, Greg and Lance Szabla; his aunt Judy Young; and his siblings, Jeff Benedict (Loretta), Judy Weske (Tom), Ann Moen (Joe Preston) and Mary Moen (Rory Nutting). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Angelman Syndrome Foundation in honor of a niece who held a special place in his heart.
