It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LaVerna E. Hedlund of Watertown, Minnesota, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Terwedo and Emma Terwedo (Lueck); and her former life partner John Borka. She is survived by : her husband Clifford Hedlund; her children, James Borka (Shelley) of New Germany, Lisa Thole (Chris) of Mayer, Chad Hedlund (Anne LaPlant) of Watertown and Holly Scheuble (Alan) of Watertown; her grandchildren, John Borka (Amanda Steffel), Jacob Borka (Kelsey Johnson), Ted Johnson (Megan), Danielle Petterson (Justin), Zach Thole (Brynne), Blair Hedlund (Matt Schug), Tim Hedlund Joe Hedlund (Rachel), Matt Hedlund (Richelle), Troy Scheuble and Samuel Scheuble; her great grandchildren, Maverick, Lilly, Carolyn, Nicholas, Maggie, Drew and Connor; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Zajicek (Bernie) of Silver Lake, Patrick Nowak (Shirley) of Hutchinson and Debbie Hedlund of Howard Lake. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
