It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Ardis Besser of Waterville, Minnesota, born in Wells, Minnesota, who passed away on May 26, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Schultz and Hattie Schultz (Schnoor); her husband Vernon Besser; her son Glenn; and her brothers, Marvin and Gerald.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Besser (Karen) of Waterville, Thomas Besser of Waterville and Patricia Legvold (Robert); her grandchildren, Craig Besser (Sara), Eric Besser (Jaime), Ryan Groebner (Kelly), Rhea Benz (Jim), Kerri Legvold, Kenneth Legvold and Brandon Legvold (Kelsey); and her pet Blackie. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
