He was predeceased by: his mother Marlene Fortner (Juenemann); and his sister Juanita Wheeler (Terry). He is survived by: his father Earnest Ray; his daughters, Crystal Fortner of Minneapolis, Jessica Fortner of Minneapolis and Jennifer Fortner of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Jaelyn Fortner, Jayveon and Cameron Knox; the mother of his children Cindy Davis of Robinsdale; his sister Pam Carlson (Scott) of Blooming Prairie; his nephew Jake Wheeler (Brittany); his nieces, Melissa Morton-Nussbaum and Heather Morton; Gail Hildebrant. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
