She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Pierson and Anne Pierson (Sanders); her husband Leo Zellmer; her siblings, Nels Pierson (Kathleen), Leland Pierson (Marylin) and Beverly Ahern (Larry); and her brothers-in-law, Eldon Ekstrom, Clarence Blomgren, Gordon Zellmer and Harold Zellmer (Gladys).
She is survived by: her children, Tammi Dahlman (Duane) of Cokato, Randy Zellmer (Kay) of Blooming Prairie and Trudi Schaefer (Kevin) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Emily Graff (Kirby), Marcus Zellmer (Andrea), Eric Dahlman (Jessica), Matthew Zellmer, Lucas Zellmer (Hannah), Ryan Schaefer (Kaitlyn) and Tyler Schaefer; her sisters, Ruby Ekstrom and Vivian Blomgren; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Zellmer. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Peter's Bell Lutheran Church in rural Waterville.
