With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Herbert Frazier of Waterville, Minnesota, born in Louisburg, North Carolina, who passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Frazier and Irma Frazier (Wilder); and his daughter Julie. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Neuenfeldt of Lewisville, MN; his children, Jeff Frazier (Jodi) of Brighton, CO, Terry Kelly (Mike) of Byers, CO, Sara Herrick (Chad) of Rochester, MN and Holly Frazier of Shakopee, MN; his grandchildren, Jason, Brandon, Uriah, Wes, Katy, Hanna, Kayla, August and Peter; his great grandchildren, Caetlana, Emma, Bruce, Prudence, Warren and Ava; and his sisters, Sarah Dean (Leonard) of Raleigh, NC and Irene Brantley of Spring Hope, NC. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law and several nieces, nephews and extended family from his prior marriage.
