She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Clipper and Vera Clipper (Van Duesen); her husbands, Richard Spahr, Robert Bailey (Bob) of Mound, MN. and William Rogers (Bill); her siblings, Marian Pricer (Clyde) of Fridley, MN, Gloria Even (Robert) of Elkton, SD and Keith Clipper (Marlys) of Verdi, MN; and her grandson Zachary Spahr of Warrenville, IL..
She is survived by : her brother Vann Clipper (Leanne) of Hugo, MN; her children, Deb Jorgenson (Reed) of Sauk Rapids, MN., Gordon Spahr (Dawn) of Winfield, IL. and MaryAnn Eich (Paul) of Waterville, MN; her grandchildren, Brock Van Dyke (Elizabeth), Brooks Van Dyke (Stacey), Katie Jorgenson, Tessa Spahr, Jordan Spahr (Jenny), Kaleigh Jorgenson, Nathan Eich and Raelyn Eich; and her great grandchildren, Jack Stein, Mason Van Dyke, Cyrus Van Dyke, Vada Van Dyke, Briggs Van Dyke, Jace Van Dyke, Delani Van Dyke and Amani Spahr.
In lieu of flowers – Norma desired for memorial gifts to be donated to SIM, the mission she served with for over 40 years.
