It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Gorell of Waterville, Minnesota, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gorell and Bernice Gorell. He is survived by: his wife Lynette; his children, Dean, Dienna and Darcie; his grandchildren, Teresa, John, Raimundo, Gabriel, Kristin, Eddison and Stefan; and his great grandchild Lainey Grace. He is also survived by extended family and a wide circle of friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to AutismSociety.org, St. John Evangelical Lutheran in Waseca, or Samaritan's Purse.
