It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Schwartz of Waterville, Minnesota, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Schwartz and Helen Schwartz (Williams); his sister Linda Jane Schwartz; and his grandson Hunter Schwartz. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Schwartz (Georgia) of Waterville and Jenny Bellrichard (Jason) of Austin; his grandchildren, Cameron Schwartz, Madison Bellrichard, Lyndsey Bellrichard, Morgan Styke, Bailey Schwartz and Cole Schwartz; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Bobby, Izavier, Henry and Izahri; and his pet Zerella.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dennis Steffel Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service (401 W Main St, Waterville, MN 56096). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at the Sakatah Cemetery (1000 Sakatah Cemetary Ln, Waterville, MN 56096).
