With solemn reverence, we commemorate Anita Margaret Hoefer of Watkins, Minnesota, whose life came to an end on May 17, 2024 at the age of 93, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Nicholas Dockendorf and Mary Dockendorf (Froehling); her husband Mickey; her siblings, Lucy Schindele and Alfred Dockendorf; her great grandchild Wyatt; and her son-in-law Bill Smith.

She is survived by : her children, Karen Hedtke (Alan), Mitch (MaryJo) of St. Cloud, Dale (Sue) of St. Cloud, Kathy Smith of St. Cloud, Eileen Dahlinger (Chris) of Kimball and Terri Gettler (Tim) of Kimball. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, other family members, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (441 Hazel Ave E, Kimball, MN 55353).
