He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pauly and Clara Pauly (Faber); his wife Esther Pauly of Anthony's Catholic Church; his brother-in-law Don Ryan; and his nephews, Tom Ryan and Jason Pauly.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Pauly, Allen Pauly (Kim Jehlik), Mike Pauly (Deb), Theresa Lange (Jeff), Marge Phillipp (Tom) and Diane Pauly; and his grandchildren, Angela Jehlik, Ashley Motl (Bryan), Jacob Pauly, MaTia Pauly, Luke Pauly, Olivia Pauly, Jonathan Lange (Kendra), Grace Lange, Faith Lange, Joshua Lange, Colten Phillipp and Sadie Phillipp.
