She is survived by: her children, Joeleen Page (Joseph) of Granite Bay, CA and Glen Forehand (Kimberly Morley) of Mahnomen; her grandchildren, Paul Forehand, Kiah Walker-Forehand, Kaitlyn Forehand, Ashlyn Forehand, Kingston Forehand, James Page and Lilly Page; and her siblings, Linda Yakym of Arizona, John Melcher of California and Steve Melcher of Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
