He was predeceased by : his parents, Boyd Hazelton and Ella Hazelton (Olson); and his siblings, Paul, Jim, Duane and Betty Anderson.
He is survived by : his former life partner Elizabeth "Beth" Borah; his children, Rhonda Purington (Bill) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Rick Hazelton (Kayla) of Lake Park, MN and Robert Hazelton of Detroit Lakes; his sister Berdella Schock (Oskar) of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hazelton of Detroit Lakes, Irene Hazelton of Callaway, MN and Peter Anderson of Detroit Lakes. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
