He was predeceased by: his parents, George Oshkinowe and Jennie Oshkinowe (King); his son Cory Lee Jackson; his grandsons, David Scott Wenschlag and William Oshkinowe III; and his siblings, Francis, Fern, Jenny Mae, Florence, Margaret, Lawrence, Ervin, George and Maurice.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Al-Mohammedawi (Abdullah), Billee Wenschlag (Michael) and William Oshkinowe II (Karen); his grandchildren, Ashley, Rachel, Bryce, Megan, Matthew, Olivia, Selena, Billy, Xavier, Nevaeh, Austin and Allen; and his nephew Armando Delacruz. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
