He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil Thrift and Treva Thrift (Shadd); his wife Patricia; and his brothers, Charles Williams and Clayton Thrift.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Acciani (Marc), Tory Thompson (Jon), Yancey Thrift (John Andreasen), Tammy Jolicoeur, Treva Epple (Rollie) and Damon Thrift; his grandchildren, Dannylle Milford, Shawna Traver (Justin), Tara Shoop (Bryan), Christopher Voight (Ruby), Jacob Thrift (Augusta), Randy Jolicoeur, Ashley Jolicoeur, Elliot Epple (Melissa), Calleigh Stavig (Daniel), Lewis Epple (Jenna) and Wyatt Epple (Maggie); and his sisters, Mary Willingham (Gerald) and Lynda Hicks. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
