He is survived by: his wife Susan Woerner; his daughters, Erin Nelson (Paul), Kate Illies (Rob), Megan Dallmann (Stuart) and Jenna Untiedt (Matt Symanietz); his grandchildren, Kaila Witzany (Brian), Trenton Nelson (Lizzie), Ryan Nelson (Emily Keck), Brynn, Rece, Dru, Ella, Addison and Grant; his great grandchildren, Blake, Rogan and Hadley; his brother Mark Untiedt; and his sons, James, Pat Costello (Emmett), Bill Untiedt, Jim Untiedt (Sheila) and William Appiah. He is also survived by friends, relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations to honor Jerry's legacy. Contributions may be made payable to Untiedt's Vegetable Farm.
