James Robert Dorsey Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 20, 2026, at the age of 81, James Robert Dorsey of Wayzata, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Genevieve; and his brother Phil. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his daughter Erin; and his brothers, George and Michael. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
