She is survived by: her former husband Dave; her children, Bob Johnson (Kim), Tracy Clark (Jamie) and Charlie Johnson (Carley); her grandchildren, Lydia, Jack Johnson, Cody, Quincey, Trent, Jackson Clark, Mason and Gage Johnson; and her siblings, Jim Clark (Michael Hendrix), Jackie Paine, Bruce Clark and Chuck Clark. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family members and dear friends.
