He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Starr; his children, Liz Starr, Jack Starr, Cara Starr and Heather Collen; his grandsons, Ivan Baune and Otto Baune; and his brothers, Tom Starr (Gail), Rick Starr (Sue), Bill Starr and Jim Starr (Barb).
